<p><font face="Verdana">一．职业规划</font></p><p><font face="Verdana"> 英语问的问题主要是关于SAP INTERNSHIP这个职位，对它的了解啊，希望能从INTE<br/>RN里获得什么啊之类的</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Accumulate a lot of Work experience. I can learn much more knowledge about c<br/>oding, software designing and so on. Do some ready for sap, communicate with<br/>the people in GLTc well</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">问自己可以为汇丰做些什么贡献也就是你在这方面有些什么能力。</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">As I have participated in several projects, have accumulated a little founda<br/>tion on software when I was in Collage, so I can do some coding, software de<br/>sign and testing, and so on..</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">问为何考研，为何转专业做IT</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Because my major is computer science ,it needs a lot of work experience ,the<br/>other hand ,my family did not allow me to, they can not afford my schooling<br/>any more, and I want to let them live better more early.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">“你知道如果进来汇丰后会做些什么工作吗？”“会用到些什么？”</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Frankly speaking, I know little about it, I just know that gltc is towards s<br/>ystems of bank, it will be using the COBOL and java language ,and so on,also<br/>the chance of working on mainframe </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">“你为什么会选择汇丰”</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">GLTC have a promising development prospect, and offer a “PATH” to IT c<br/>areer development., provides plenty of valuable training opportunities to em<br/>ployees. Also, big companies often have their own culture. Good company cult<br/>ure can benefit me greatly. What’s more, I have a lot of chances to improve<br/>my English, both in oral and written.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">“你的职业规划是什么？”</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Just like study, career plan should be accomplished step by step. In the fir<br/>st few years, I’m willing to work from the very bottom, for example, act as<br/>a coding programmer. Since technologies update very quickly, I will keep le<br/>arning new skills without end. My study ability can guarantee my performance<br/>in the future. As time going on, I will master some advanced skills and b<br/>ecome an experienced employee. To be a senior specialist is my dream at this<br/>moment. I believe then I can contribute more to my company. A few years lat<br/>er, after I have made a solid foundation in various skills, including techni<br/>cal and communication, I will put more concentration on project management. <br/>At that time, hope that I am able to take charge of large software projects.<br/>Of course, that’s a much higher level and needs rich experience and deep f<br/>oundation. </font></p><font face="Verdana">
<p><br/>二．项目结合软件工程</p>
<p>考官： Which project have you done?</p>
<p>I participated in several projects which belong to Computer Engineering R&D <br/>Center, I think my impressive project is “College Entrance Examination regi<br/>ster System of Guangdong”, we used java and jsp to complete this project, t<br/>his system is a website, with the help of the website the examinees of Guang<br/>dong Province can register easily and the administrator also can manage the <br/>data conveniently</p>
<p>Strictly speaking my task is just coding, but in fact </p>
<p>Form these project experiences of the Computer Engineering R&D Center, I imp<br/>roved my coding ability greatly, met something new during the work, which gr<br/>eatly enhanced my knowledge and widen my view, obtained abundant experience <br/>of analyzing and designing an application system, understood the process of <br/>the software development, gained ability of adapting to a new environment in<br/>a short time, also improved my ability of communication and cooperation.</p>
<p>考官： Can you tell something about software engineering?</p>
<p><br/>项目和技术，对软件工程的了解、项目里担当角色、项目过程这几方面面很多。面试里<br/>一般是自己选一个项目来说，而且一般说一个而已。Jackson会围绕某个点（我的话就是<br/>那个项目）来问你各种各样的问题，有时真防不胜防，怎么做就怎么说吧。Jackson问的<br/>是项目周期上、安排和做法方面的问题，而技术GG(如果有的话)就问下你用了什么技术<br/>和具体做法</p>
<p>在问final project这一part里面，他可能会问得非常详细，需求分析怎么做，得到什么<br/>结果，你的数据库的字段是什么都问到（还好还记得啦），然后详细设计你负责那个模<br/>块，你们几个程序员怎么协调的</p>
<p>“能用英语吗？”</p>
<p>“I can try my best”</p>
<p>“Do you have any system experience?”（第一个问题就单刀直入，看来他们很重视<br/>工作经验的，从这去补救没有考专业知识的那关，我的一直提问都是按照我原来的申请<br/>表回答的记录也在那上面，我的简历连看都没有看，大家最好把简历说的事例也准备一<br/>下）</p>
<p>“I think my impressive experience is my summer internship in………”（剩下就<br/>是自己个人吹水啦）我觉得非常值得注意的是她很详细的问怎么需求分析（项目的开始<br/>），怎么控制进度(control the schedule),怎么meet the deadline, 用到什么softwa<br/>re,遇到过什么困难，为什么你一开始不会用后来克服困难的方法来进行项目，如果现在<br/>让你重新进行的话你会如何做。反正真的问的很详细，但由于一开始话题的项目选择是<br/>由你来决定的，所以面试前应该用英语写下你想说show的那个项目的详细过程。</p>
<p>“Do you have any other project experience?”</p>
<p>“Other than some academic experiment, I think there aren't”</p>
<p>问我说你不喜欢测试的工作，但是测试是工作的一部分怎么办，怎样编程能够使tester<br/>比较轻松 </p>
<p>三．毕业设计与实习</p>

<p>考官：What are you thinking about the internship?</p>
<p>应聘者：I can do some ready for the sap. </p>
<p>考官：What are the ready?</p>
<p>应聘者：First,I can learn much knowleage about coding, software designing and so </p>
<p><br/>on.second,I can communication with the people in GLTc well.</p>
<p>考官：Do you think that if you are a intern, you will have no time to deal with </p>
<p><br/>your graduate paper?</p>
<p>应聘者：I don't think so. I only do my job in the day time. I have night time and<br/>weekend to finish my graduate paper and my teacher is very nice and I am go<br/>ing well with him as I ever participated in project flowered him, I believe <br/>that with my hard effort I can deal well with both graduate paper and intern<br/>ship.</p>

<p> 考官：你好像只过了CET-4,什么时候过的？</p>
<p> 问：“你到现在拿了几个公司offer了?” 签了没？</font></p>
