J：what language and OS you will use on mainframe? what
Me：。。。（紧张）没答好（转头看了看窗外，心理闪过一点失望和放弃的念头）

Me：大概就是给一个新员工在适应工作环境、制定自身在公司发展目标方面的。。。

J：how would you plan yourself if you get the offer?
Me：I have a ten years career plan. If I get the offer, I will start as a SA P, and I will work in this position in two years. During these two years, I will work hard at the position of coding, and I will also learn some knowled ge on project management…
J：project management?
Me：yes, I will learn something about this….
J：how will you learn project management knowledge?
Me：er, I can learn it from the project manager of GLTc…
J：maybe you can not see any project manager in these two years
Me：I can also learn from my team leader or some other ITO,…
J：team leader? ITO ? they are not project managers, 而且有些team leader可能 还不如你，你怎么向他们学project management knowledge？回家自学？（他自己用回 一些中文）
Me：（又有点懵了）er…yes I can learn it by myself out of my work when I bac k home… er,理论上的…(想想有点不妥，自己看着jackson都有点笑，他也笑笑)（我接 着说）
since the team leaders are working in GLTc for maybe several years , they of course have many experiences worth us to learn…
J：en（点头笑了）
Me：even the moment my leader give me my task have many things worth us to l earn。。。
J：（再点点头）ok, how about the following years? You said you have a ten ye ars career plan.
Me：yes, after these two years, I think I will reach the point for a higher position. I will strive hard to be a ITO. And , maybe I will working in this position for another two or three years, also, during these years, I will l earn some knowledge on project management, enhance my ability in project man age and my sense of cooperative and team work. After that, I think I will ha ve reach a higher point to pursuit for other higher position, and which can make me contribute more to GLTc.(之前有所准备，虽然答得还不是很好，没有按那个 “规划”得很好的答案来答，被他打乱了点，但也算一气呵成了)
