面试在捷泰广场，提早了四五十分钟到，就在外面电脑城晃了下，到还有二十分钟的时
候上去。十点四十七八分钟进去，十一点二十分钟出来，面了半个小时。总的一点就是
jackson会根据你说的压着来问。用英语和粤语。下面是大致的过程：

Jackson：进来了，坐吧（J――jackson yu）

Me：好的，谢谢

J：有没带简历过来？

Me：有，两份都带了

J：拿过来看下（他手里已经有以前投的简历，我3月8号邮箱投了后在体育馆招聘会又投
了份自己的中英文简历，他拿着我的英文简历）（我把那份application form和我的简
历给了他）

J：为什么这么迟投汇丰？

Me：（微笑一下说）上学期有考研

J：哦？！考怎样？

Me：没有上

J：考哪间学校？

Me：哈尔滨工业大学

J：（没听清楚可能）考回本校？（神情有点不太爽，似乎是想反问考本校还考不上？？
）

Me：不是，我考哈尔滨工业大学

J：哦，考几分？

Me：考了×××

J：上线分是多少？

Me：×××

J：哪科考差了？

Me：数学考差了，今年数学较难（后面这句多余）

J：怎么会数学考差了？工科学生不至于数学差吧？

Me：可能准备得不够充分吧

J：你一个学期都在准备考研，怎么会不够充分呢？

Me：我有参加一些项目，自己有…

J：既然要考研怎么你不专心地去准备呢？

Me：（不好答）我是。。大部分时间都在准备。。只是也会花一些时间做其他的项目。
。

J：（见我没什么好答就转话题了）有没参加我们汇丰的校园宣讲？

Me：有，在我考研期间只参加过汇丰的宣讲（骗人的了，还有参加VIA的）

J：当时有没有申请？还是没申请到呢？

Me：没有申请，要准备考研

J：那你几时开始找工的？

Me：三月份过完年回来了，汇丰是我第一批投简历的公司

J：英语过了几级？

Me：四级

J：什么时候过的？多少分？

Me：×××（低了点，不想说多少分）我们是较早过的拿证书的

J：多少分？

Me：（只好说了）四级××，六级400分

J：六级考了多少次？

Me：。。。应该是。。。三四次有吧（其实不止了好像，过了四级后考到现在，次次都
考了，六级准考证一堆了）

J：之前有没面试过？。。。有没拿到。。

Me：（回答太急了，打断他了估计他想问有没拿到offer）有

J：都是些什么公司？

Me：比如IBM China Global Delivery，即是以前ISSC

J：哦，ISSC，在深圳的，几时面的？

Me：是的，在深圳的，我三月底面的

J：他们给的待遇如何？

Me：×××

J：什么职位呢？

Me：投的是mainframe方面的，欧美项目组

J：so what is mainframe?

Me：即是大型机

J：what you will do in this job?

Me：do some coding on mainframe。。。

J：just coding？

Me：（有点懵，还有其他的吗）…，my team is Europe/US project team,…and my j
ob is mainly do some coding ,…and also know something such as AS/400…（紧张
）

J：AS/400?and your job is on mainframe? so what is AS/400??

Me：(反应过来说错了，AS/400是中型机) yes，AS/400 is 中型机，my team is Europ
e/US project team, and my job is mainly on mainframe ,but the …requirement
form …also…mention AS/400,…so I should also… learn some knowledge about
AS/400…

J：so you don’t know what you will do??

Me：yes I know that, I will work on mainframe, do some coding…

J：is there any coding jobs on mainframe ? what would you do in this job?(又
一次，怀疑我连干什么都不知道就申请这个职位了)

Me：。。。（紧张了）yes, but they didn’t …give us the details of the job ,
just said that what team will in …and what the team is…

J：what language and OS you will use on mainframe? what

Me：。。。（紧张）没答好（转头看了看窗外，心理闪过一点失望和放弃的念头）

J：if GLTc and ISSC both give you offer, which will you chiose?

Me：GLTc

J：give me three reason

Me：three?!! er.. both of these two companies are large companies, have the
international management methods...

J：ok, just tell me your three reasons（前面说的废话了）


Me：first of all, I have took part in school talk of GLTc, and I know that G
LTc have a “PATH” for the fresh graduate…

J：en, so is PATH for?

Me：it’s a series of programs for the development of the fresh graduates

J：what PATH means?

Me：er…(更紧张，因为忘了PATH指的是什么) PATH…er, It’s about…sorry, I can
not explain it exactly…

J：ok, you don’t need to explain it exactly, just tell me what it is about?
...(汗，不放过我)

Me：it is mainly about …er…I just can not express myself smoothly….

J：OK, in Chinese.(再汗一个，还是不放过我)

Me：大概就是给一个新员工在适应工作环境、制定自身在公司发展目标方面的。。。

J：so you don’t know what is PATH??

Me：er…I can not explain it exactly now, but the time I know it at the scho
ol talk I think it is very useful for the development of the fresh graduates …

J：ok, so your first reason can not support yourself（回到前面说的三个理由那
里）

Me：en…(微笑、苦笑、傻笑一下)

J：（也笑笑）and the other reasons?

Me：location、salary and compensation

J：(笑一笑) so you just give me two reasons, I told you to give me three rea
sons, and now you just give two reasons, location and salary

Me：（傻笑，选择GLTc的两个成立的理由是location and salary）

J：ok, if GLTc give you the job offer, what can you do for us? Or how you wi
ll make your contribution to us?

Me：er…I’m hard working, and…

J：ok, ok, all the fresh graduates are hard working, tell me, what? How ?

Me：how?

J：en, how?（似乎还是怀疑我连这个职位干什么都不知道就投了）

Me：I can do some coding

J：just coding？

Me：also some testing if needed, and document writing

J：en, testing, document writing

J：how would you plan yourself if you get the offer?

Me：I have a ten years career plan. If I get the offer, I will start as a SA
P, and I will work in this position in two years. During these two years, I
will work hard at the position of coding, and I will also learn some knowled
ge on project management…

J：project management?

Me：yes, I will learn something about this….

J：how will you learn project management knowledge?

Me：er, I can learn it from the project manager of GLTc…

J：maybe you can not see any project manager in these two years

Me：I can also learn from my team leader or some other ITO,…

J：team leader? ITO ? they are not project managers, 而且有些team leader可能
还不如你，你怎么向他们学project management knowledge？回家自学？（他自己用回
一些中文）

Me：（又有点懵了）er…yes I can learn it by myself out of my work when I bac
k home… er,理论上的…(想想有点不妥，自己看着jackson都有点笑，他也笑笑)（我接
着说）

since the team leaders are working in GLTc for maybe several years , they of
course have many experiences worth us to learn…

J：en（点头笑了）

Me：even the moment my leader give me my task have many things worth us to l
earn。。。

J：（再点点头）ok, how about the following years? You said you have a ten ye
ars career plan.

Me：yes, after these two years, I think I will reach the point for a higher
position. I will strive hard to be a ITO. And , maybe I will working in this
position for another two or three years, also, during these years, I will l
earn some knowledge on project management, enhance my ability in project man
age and my sense of cooperative and team work. After that, I think I will ha
ve reach a higher point to pursuit for other higher position, and which can
make me contribute more to GLTc.(之前有所准备，虽然答得还不是很好，没有按那个
“规划”得很好的答案来答，被他打乱了点，但也算一气呵成了)


J：ok，你大学期间有没有做过什么项目呢？

Me：有做过，除课程设计外，大三时有和老师做，在老师指导下做了实验室管理系统等
。。。

J：有多少人做？

Me：有四个人编码，一个专门测试

J：用了多长时间？

Me：总共三个月，编码两个月，其他做需求和测试等用了大概一个月。

J：这中间有用到什么样的软件工程的思想？

Me：有，因为是老师的指导下做的，在比较规范的流程下做的。开始有立项可行性分析
，由老师做（废话了）；然后是进行需求分析，需求分析和编码是交叉着做，我有做需
求分析方面的工作，主要是与实验室的管理员交流访谈，收集他们需要用到的数据，然
后写出需求分析报告；再进行概要的设计，主要是系统的架构上的设计。。。

J：好，你认为这里面哪方面做得好的？

Me：我认为是需求分析了，需求分析是两个人做，我们通过与多位实验室管理员访谈，
记录各项需要的数据，并且有指导老师的指导，多次的讨论和更新，做得比较完善。。
。

J：那做得不好的呢？

Me：（没有准备到这些）er，应该就是，系统的概要设计吧（乱说的）

J：哦？你说需求分析做得很好，而且你们又有交叉着做，那问题不应该出在概要设计上
吧？

Me：er。。。那个负责概要设计的同学没有进行需求分析。。。而且能不能理解好需求
分析文档或者能不能做好概要设计还要看负责的同学的经验与能力。。。

J：（看了看时间，十一点二十分了，又转下头看了看外面，还有两个人等着面试）ok，
今天就这样了，你还有没有什么问题呢？

Me：（有准备）er，我想请问下，汇丰现在招这么多人有没有考虑接外面其他银行的订
单做？

J：没有，就是因为我们自己的业务都做不完才招那么多人

Me：那我有了解到近两年汇丰将发展到3千人左右，有没有考虑过自己建一个基地呢？

J：我们有基地啊，我们在全球有三个基地，巴西、印度和广州。。。

Me：不是，我意思是有没有考虑在广州汇丰自己建楼建工作的基地？这对公司文化有很
大影响和给员工很多的便利。。。

J：有考虑，现在有在规划，一步一步来嘛。。。

Me：哦。。明白

J：ok，就这样了

J：你最早什么时候能上班？

Me：最早的话五月份了（以前坚持的一定在7月份后才去上班的“原则”这时动摇了）

J：你毕业设计怎么办？还要答辩

Me：毕业设计我现在已经在做，到时应该可以请假了

J：当然，可以请假的

J：那好了，今天就这样了，感谢你来参加汇丰的面试
