Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library是微软系统自带的c++运行库，如果运行库出现问题或者损坏，则会出现上述情况。现在就来说下解决办法：

1.先在系统目录 C:\windows\system32 搜索以下文件是否缺失：
msvcp50.dll、msvcp60.dll、MSVCP60D.DLL、msvci70.dll、msvcp70.dll、msvcp71.dll、msvbvm60.dll

特别是msvbvm60.dll，确保您的系统目录下（windows\system32）有该文件，如果没有，请下载该文件复制到系统目录下即可。

如果已经存在该文件，重新注册多一次该运行库文件，请在运行窗口输入regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll

2.如果以上方法无法解决，请下载MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ 2005 RUNTIME LIBRARIES 可再发行组件 重新安装
